good Bible study;
good Neighbours;
good, hard, needed questions;
honesty with others meaning I have to be honest with myself...and that being good;
paddling in the sea;
praying on the beach;
good friends.

Yeah, it's not a very hard job, as far as I can figure out, Sam spent most of his time playing with some video editing software and helping setup the sound at CU.
